SOOTBLOWING SYSTEM

With new laws regarding emissions from furnaces and boilers, it has become necessary to run

boilers more efficiently. A means of keeping a boiler running efficiently is to soot blow at regular intervals in order to keep the tubes clean.

With this in mind the DIGIZYNE soot blowing system was designed to automatically soot blow and report any malfunctions of the soot blowing system.

BATCHING CONTROLLER

The DIGIZYNE automatic batching controller was developed to complement concrete

plants, brick yards, etc, in order to obtain a consistent mix into the plant.

The controller can be programmed for up to 7 different programs with 3 aggregates, cement, water and mixing time.

Allowances for door closing time have been catered for to give exact mixes. Any of the above including the skip operation can be turned on or off as required.

The programming and function facility is password protected.
